nag work ko karon in a call center industry.. 3 years kapin nako diri.. plano nako mo-resign around last quarter this year kay feel nako wa koy professional growth diri.. ask ko sa inyo opinions and advices (if there are) kung asa maayo nga call center company balhinan

I have 2 advices. one, if you want professional growth, don't apply in another call center company with the same position. bec. if you don't, there will be no professional growth in there. there's a possibility you'll wish you didn't resign because of so many things...second, if you want professional growth, try something aside from call center. something that's in line w/ your degree for example or something you are interested in or something you're really good at. venture something new and see if your call center experience made you more marketable in other industries.
