Pwedi ka ha? Nag graduate ko sa STI with a 2 years course (DCET)
3 years akong experience nga Technician (software and hardware) on our own internet café. Kamao pod ko mo web design.
Pwedi kaha ko makuha og call center nga hina man kog english.

I suggest... this is really really effective.... watch English Talk Shows and Think in English... like when you process your thoughts, Do it in English... Nobody would notice you... but it really helps.. hope i'm making sense here... Not all call center agents do this, that's why some call center agents suck..

sa mga nabasa naku ani nga forum about sa question sa interview, naa koy ika answer sa bisaya pero dko ka express tarong sa english. mura kog mosabod..
kulang lang siguro ko og confidence..

english man ang language gamit sa call centers diri bro, so kinahanglan jud ka maka express in english.

i suggest you enroll in those english enhancement classes offered at Call Center Academy, ExcelAsia, and the like. Also, you can start practicing your english now by thinking, writing, and speaking in English.

^let your portfolio speak for you. as long as kabalo ang employer or boss magbinisaya, magkasinabot ra mo. mas epektibo sa imo ang referral bro. let friends introduce you to potential employers, highlighting your skills.
