i'm not pro-ICT. totally not! I'm not very familiar with the company but what I am sure about is that those "accusations" can put you in a much bigger trouble should these people know who you are. they can easily hold this against you, i.e., take legal actions.

you're right guys. we should not criticize a company. we should be careful of what we're gonna post here. we might be banned. anyway, it's not right to turn down a company by criticizing, stating negative comments or what so ever. let's just give them the right to operate. seguro, machange ra na sila..

naka-trabaho ra gani mo ug call center, mura na mo kinsa kung maka-istorya or comment.
We all know that there are always two sides of a company. And we can't do a thing about it except to post threads and talk it over in istorya.net.
Of course, there really are (undoubtedly) LOSER companies. And they have (but not limited to) these symptoms:
- poor management
- low / untimely pay
- not enough benefits
- lazy, unorganized and ill-mannered HR
and of course,
- hiring incompetent agents
I believe that the persons "qualified" to "criticize" call center companies and their employees are those who have been "call center hopping" and have had sufficient experience in such a work place. Definitely, they have a say in favor of and/or against a BPO company. Also, in their sound, educated and mature minds, they should rectify those who are way beyond the line of etiquette and professionalism.
