as to my knowledge RCBC is very stable. 4th in the country. Actually kusgan kaayo na sila on real estate loans. Since 2006 till now, 90% of my clients are financed by them. Cge man gani na ug pamalit ug smaller banks. You can see that they are competing hard w/ other banks and are repackaging themselves. 3 banks ni ang nipakita ug aggressiveness despite the financial crisis..these are BDO, BPI and RCBC

RCBC has a market capitalization of 13.2 Billion Pesos. That's not as big as BDO's 74.8 Billion Pesos but that is a sizable capitalization. I think you have nothing to worry about. (source: Philippine Stock Exchange)

Anything in this World is not guaranteed even your life is not guaranteed. Better to diversify your funds in different baskets.

Before geting that product bro (i.e my wallet), you should educate yourself.
Are u getting it, without knowing the system?
You know what, the bank is not hiding naman its system.

I also once asked how the MyWallet System works..
They told me. Then eventually I saw that it's not applicable to me.
    So, i didn't get it.
    In effect, wala koy regrets.
