    Default unsaon pag register ug homebased business?


    unsaon pag register ug home based business? nahan ta ko mag register ug business but nahan ra ko house lang business. what are the implications? then unsa requirements?

    hi guryo123,

    homebased business doesnt have to differ from any business in a regular office as long as it qualifies the government requirements such as :

    fire safety : fire extinguisher/emergency exit/etc
    city health : basic cleanliness will do

    generally those are the things you have to keep in mind...

    jabez_rmc is right, there are lot of businesses done on their home. There is no problem with that as long as you will meet the requirements of the government. As to what are the requirements it will depend on the kind of business you are going to open.

    Generally, requirements starts with:
    1. DTI / SEC registration.
    2. Business Permit from City Hall (must comply with Zoning, OBO, City Health, Fire, & Barangay Business Clearance).
    3. BIR registration.
    4. Other Government Agencies (only if applicable)

    ad2 sa ka una sa city hall and mag apply ka ug business permit after ana inspectionan paka sa taga OBO then icomplete nimu tanan requirements like sss, philhealth, pag ibig, sanitary permit, BIR..macomplete nimu na tanan.. ad2 pa sad DTI para ma register..para macomplete nimu tanan, pangayo nalang ug complete requirements sa city hall ang imu ingun kay permit to open new business..then sunda dayon ang unsa ila ipakuha lain.. naa bya ka bayran ana sa mga requirements..

    how much do you think ang magasto sa pag register tanan? do i need all those stull like sss, philhealth ug uban pa? wa man ko employees ako ra man...

    E comply lang na tanan requirement sa g-indicate ni bro dhonz, tagaan raka form ana sa mga agency na imo adtoon....

    DTI = reg fee P300; doc stamps P15
    Business Permit = depende sa imong i-declare nga capital, most likey will range from 1,800 to 2,500
    BIR = reg fee P500; Books like journal/ledger @35 each; doc stamps 15
    then naa pud miscellaneous like photocopy sa mga documents, etc...
