i dont have to convince bro. u can use dual monitor to verify it sa task manager while the game is on OR google it lang. cod4 is an example of 3D game which requires tremendous amount of computing power and will utilize your GPU 100% espcially when you are engaging or moving a lot or there is alot to process like smoke, gunfire, etc.. and ang cpu will be just below 50% BUT depende sad sa setup sa whole system nimo... most of the work sa gpu gyud..

ps. dili accurate mag measure sa cpu load sa games if windowed mode ang game kailangan full screen. but i dunno i just work here.. now back to sweeping the floor and mopping :P

mostly man gud sa low/mid level setup, ang bottle neck is gpu.. so you might see hi cpu load if ang gpu dili kaayo hi end (kusgan).. ahhh muhilim na ko. lol . i7 is really overkill if games ra..... really, bisan pentium 4 pwede na paired with the right gpu and enough sad nga dili ma bottle neck ang cpu.. pero suya lang ko wala man ko i7

game na mo use sa 4cores? haven't you tried GTA IV yet? even crysis utilizes four cores for a FPS game.

if ka afford ka sa i7 go for it. dili nana uso ang 2cores soon. too bad 4 me also

my mutual friend told me that tri sli gtx285 runs crysis at highest resolutions up to date.
well , tri 285 is definetely better than qaud gtx295
