at 40++ i can still run...along mountain trails every weekend. downhill and uptrail. the surface isn't flat and straight and i jump over obstacles and do tight u-turns to stop downhill accelerations. ankles just bend when stepping on rocks but it recovers quickly like rubber. nindot kaayo nga pasingot. green all around, fresh mountain air.

This Sunday. 7am ETD. Guadalupe parish grounds. Guadalupe to Napo to Babag and vice versa. The trail is very hard in the last stretch to Babag Ridge. From Babag we will run to Napo via Kahugan Trail. Good trail for training.

You will need tracked/threaded shoes, water, extra dry shirt and backpack/waistbag. We buy pack lunch from carenderia. Text me 09233587193 if you're ready.
