mu agree ko ani, kay if empleyado rka, kutob ra imung sweldo if asa raka mu abot na position.. wa ko nag look down sa mga empleyado kay dili na lalim ila mga trabaho na mu suck up to the boss or owner.. I know that's what my employees do.. that's why i encourage them to save and dream big jud kay ako sila ingnun na mas malipay ko makakita nila na someday they have their own business.. ang isa pud ka disadvantage kay wa sila job security kay if muhinay ang negosyo, pwede bya sila i lay off as what is happening now.. mao bitaw, for those who don't have their own business, i suggest na pagsave mu and aim high jud kay basin 1day, makatukod mu inyong own business maski gamay lang...di ba?

having a Job is not really a journey of a broke ....

lots have improved their way of life because they have a job or specifically an employee...

being employed in a company also is a form of leverage ...being employed in a strong company has better chances of survival compared to small businesses...

being employed...you get to be trained free

but a agree that we go to business....its just that i dont share the idea that having a job doesnt get you far in life...because being in corporate does have its perks...

what i am trying to say is that to get far in life....its not about having a business or not...but rather...knowing what your purpose is....journeying their to get..and enjoying it.....

what i mean by not getting far is ang sweldo or the money earn.. naa ra asa kutob imung kita while if you go into business, why katapusan ang asa kutob kita sa imung kwarta.. personally, i'v never tried being an employee kay im lucky enough na we own businesses and it's growing nagkadugay buyag.. but my mom always discourage us to be an employee kay pila ra ang kita sa empleyado maski presidente paka sa dagko na company(unless you own the company jud).. and i think it's quite true.. kay i know people na taas na ug rank but sa isa ka business nako, i still earn more than them.. as my friends say, makabuhi ug pamilya ang empleyado but sa negosyo ka mudatu..

for me J.O.B. is "Just Obey your Boss"... you are employed then you have to obey the rules and regulations the employer gives... because if you don't obey your boss and you don't have any income... that's the time you called a Broke!

but one should have a plan not to be an employee forever...

your job can make a living but to make serious money you should be in business
