    wala jud problem ang sykes when it comes to the work environment, people and superiors used to work there but then I resigned after 2 mos. kay wala ko ka-uyon sa ilang payroll process didto... ikaw pa mismo ang mo submit sa imong log records if makalimot ka ug submit wala kay pay karon pa man ko ingon ani na style oi... mo log in man unta ang mga agents but why man sila pa kinahanglang mo submit sa log records... if mo work ka during legal holidays or special holidays imo pa na i file as OT even though naa na sa imong log records na ni work ka anang mga adlawa... if dili ma approve daun imong OT application aw... wala kay madawat na double pay.... hahay...

    yes, I'd agree on what you're driving at that it would be nicer if everything was done for you, esp for the log records. but the scenario of filing and submitting your log records and filing of OT is just but normal - it generally happens. pareho ra na sa DTR, kinhanglan nmo ipa-check ghapon kung sakto imo time-in ug time out.

    ms svdz, i believe you underwent the Orientation. diligence lng dyud na sa imo log records ang dapat nmo nabuhat. you knew that on the onset of training, you were oriented and made aware of the submission of log records for every cut-off.

    we need to file OT if we work on holidays because not all employees work on that day. some are on rest days and for those who are part of SGA, if ever holidays fall on a weekday, most the time, they don't report for duty. the filing of OTs is a system made to have a clear indication of who went on OT or not.

    not everything is served on a silver platter.

    dugay pana sila mo reply kanag hr helpdesk.. manila paman na gud..
    mo reply rana sial if hapit na ang deadline sa cutoff.. pero ma credit ra dayon na once mo reply sila..
    na biktima napod ko ana sa una bag-0 pako wa koi sweldo..

    true that! nice man jud didto and cool sad ang mga superiors ug ang mga tao pero gamay lang pud lagi cla ug offer para lang jud sa mga single... wala man nko makaya gud kay kulang ra akng pay para sa akong baby ug tanang expenses... pero nice jd dili ka magmahay sa environment

    yes, but i was locked out mn then pag balik na nq after calling the IT nagpatudlo q sa aq seatmate so stupid he didn't told me about the submit2x thingy he just told me about checking the records.
