yes, I'd agree on what you're driving at that it would be nicer if everything was done for you, esp for the log records. but the scenario of filing and submitting your log records and filing of OT is just but normal - it generally happens. pareho ra na sa DTR, kinhanglan nmo ipa-check ghapon kung sakto imo time-in ug time out.
ms svdz, i believe you underwent the Orientation. diligence lng dyud na sa imo log records ang dapat nmo nabuhat. you knew that on the onset of training, you were oriented and made aware of the submission of log records for every cut-off.
we need to file OT if we work on holidays because not all employees work on that day. some are on rest days and for those who are part of SGA, if ever holidays fall on a weekday, most the time, they don't report for duty. the filing of OTs is a system made to have a clear indication of who went on OT or not.
not everything is served on a silver platter.
