    unsay naa sa Lakatan na saging? i mean, bodybuilding wise, what does it have that other type of bananas dont? like "tundan" for example. nganung Lakatan man gyud? i know about the constipation issue, but is there any other advantages?

    aw hehe, kong on-season bai, mag 2-muscle group per day ko.

    1.chest and biceps ko, kay kong mag chest ka, bun-og na daan imo triceps
    2. Quads and Hams, dayn bagtak - gastroc solius ug nemius, with tibialis anterior, the front bagtak
    3. back and triceps, the same reason sa chest - biceps
    4. shoulder and trapezius (upper-lower)
    5.rest 1 day, then back again

    lakatan sir tastes and smells sweet, makes all your tab-ang diet food taste ok once imo i pares sa lakatan. bangan, tungdan ug uban pa kay lahi kayo, especially kanang dole nga sagin gwapa, lahi gyud, medyo gahi nga dili bus-ok, nya ang lakatan is really soft, bus-ok, makatabang digest sa imo food, especially during strict diet, maglisod ka ug libang.

    but all bananas are good, mas pinaka nindot lang ang lakatan, para sa ako, ambot sa uban

    @orcgod : okay ra ba bro nga mag workout ko mga 7pm cguro nya after diritso ko work. what i mean is after sa workout ba wala koy tulog kay night shift man. dili ba na makadaot sa imo lawas? bro pwede ko mangayo nimo ug kanang pang diet jud nga kaon ba.

    pwede ra oi.. maayo nalang na kaysa wala. unsa may program gud nimo og imo goal?

    personally, i workout 5 times a week... maximum nana ang six.

    @goryo13 : pa gamay lang sa boxer shoulders and as well as pagamay sa tiyan and sa legs pd..
    la paman ko ghatagan ug program sakong instructor but gasugod nakog gym.. so k raman kaha nah.. ako is 3 x a week for 2 hours.. newbie paman sad ko.. d madaa everyday kay work pa baya ko.. ma yatap nya ta..

    sir unsa imu suggestions pawala sa mga muscles pain and effective diet regimen? effective ra kaha na ang 3x a week?
