Default Cell phone interference on radio, speakerphone (land line), computer speakers etc?

Why is this? example, if nag charge ka duol sa radio, why is it that it sends a strange sound on the radio?

    Do you have any ideas?

    Thanks.

In the United States, they have the FCC ( Federal Communications Commission - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia )...I don't know the Philippine Equivalent, but if they read your remark (and trace your IP, etc, which will eventually lead to them tracing your real-world location etc.), you could be earmarked for investigation into possible criminal activities (by BOTH governments). Bad choice of era (i.e. post-911) to do experiments in jamming.

In Davao, there were reports of a guy using a scanner ( Scanner (radio) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ) and transmitting (I don't know how he did it) vectors to incoming airliners, in effect, misleading them...this is a very serious offense, for it could actually cause major accidents. Such an act is akin to jamming, and that's why governments don't take such acts lightly.

You could be put in jail for radar jamming. Any form of Denial-of-Service attacks are punishable by law in the US but I don't know here in RP.
