you mean ang Ginoo naay buslot sa lobot? hahahahaha
pataka ka ug sabot sa pasabot anang image of God.
why not? it was explicitly stated... Jesus himself has an anus.
please enlighten my feeble mind with the power of your context reading...

So again go back to romans kay sapol kaayo mo ato nga verse.
No matter how you justify your idol worship it all goes back to what the bible really says. and the bible never have any examples of the apostles praying and kneeling before a rebolto.
depicting the invisible God is indeed wrong, let me use the Incarnation as a pivot for my statement, Jesus was God made flesh.. i know yo believe in this, When He who is bodiless and without form... existing in the form of God, empties Himself and takes the form of a servant in substance and in stature and is found in a body of flesh, then you can draw(take/create) His image as a man. also as i was saying in the old testament, images and statues were not absolutely condemned in themselves.examples include the graven images of cherubim over the Ark of the Covenant, bronze serpent mentioned in the book of numbers
Joshua and Daniel bowed in veneration before an angel of God but they did not adore him,for adoration is one thing, and that which is offered in order to honour something(or someone, God) of great excellence is another.
The honour given to the image is transferred to its prototype, venerating an image of Christ does not terminate at the image itself - the material of the image is not the object of worship - rather it goes beyond the image, to the prototype.

Your church has committed a grievous sin against God.
you are the 234,765,894,567,875th person who accused that to us.. but look where we are right now, as great as the day Jesus instituted us.

    Sure.

Our theology states that Jesus was both man-god while he was here on earth. technically speaking he Jesus was not in his original and pure state of being Divine.

Now after resurrection, His corruptible body was changed into a glorified body,a Pauline theology believed by most Christians. In other words my friend we dont really know for sure by now if Jesus still has an anus. For a glorified body does not eat and drink for consumption.

And where can we find this doctrine which states that the honor given to the image is transferred to the to its prototype? pls show a verse.

the cherubims wala to sila gi worship.

Daniel and Joshua bowed before an angel of God? what verse is this. Maybe you were referring to the OT appearance of Jesus Christ.

He retains His' body's actually physiological structure, regardless if it is rendered useless or not due to His divinity. because if your statement regarding the presence of His anus is applied to other parts, we can conclude therefore that He has no hands of eyes or ears or even feet, because you said the glorified body does not consume food.

it is a defense made by a christian theologian and monastic, St. Basil.

Sir are you are off the track. pls read my post again cos i think you didnt get the whole point.

so its not a verse but from Basil of Caesarea. I need a verse sir.

but your example must support your proposition and it was about kneeling before and praying to an idol.

That's what i thought it was not an ordinary angel Hands...but a an OT appearance of Jesus. Study "Christophany"

Sir think first before you post it. google can come in handy.
