i've been training since 1992 bro. my advice is proper nutrition, rest & a smart training partner that can push you to the limit and dont worry if you have a stubborn bodypart coz no body is perfect. concentrate on symmetry bro naa daghan diha dagko ug biceps pa nako but maghubo mi sa beach wala sila pansin kay dagko pud tiyan then gagmay kau ug tiil. unlike lean ka all over symmetrically muscular then you can look bigger and head turner than those who have huge biceps. two years to us filipino's bro is too short kay ako nidagan pa ug 5 years of pumping iron to appreciate the results kay ecto man ako body type pag start nako.
