remember sis, this is a "online forum" and we have no idea what was your intention, your facial expression or the tone of your voice was. so to keep a track of it, the "all cap" post is considered a "shout" of "loud voice', which in technicality becomes an offense to online forum rules. but common sense tells me, you are just not aware of the rule that says so, and i think your intention is just to be noobish in your post by having an all-caps font.
