since the topic is all about same-s e x relationships, logically, the word "ni" being used in the statement simple refers to the topic (which is, again, same s e x relationships). just so because the poster didn't "DROP" the exact words, doesn't necessarily imply that he's NOT pertaining to it. based on his post, he's relating to the "topic"...because if he's not, then i may conclude he's on the wrong thread.
I DID. and for what reasons? several, but i want to point the most important one. homosexuality wouldn't be attributed to things mentioned above if not for people convicting that homosexuality is "a crime"...as if it's a deadly sin. people have been treating homosexuality as a deadly virus... and it's not easy dealing with that. but when they think of it as a DEADLY SIN, they definitely forgot the OTHER DEADLY SINS as well. what i'm trying to imply is the fact that a lot of people have been COMING CLEAN, when in fact, they, themselves, know that they have also committed things that are worse than homosexuality.reading between the lines, it would not be attributable if homosexuality wasn't compared to abortion...premarital ***, adultery...right? and who compared it? esep-esep po...
there! you've just said it. "a lot of sinful acts"...but why do people keep on stressing homosexuality, even highlightening, making it look like homosexuality is the NUMBER ONE sin? have you ever thought of this?though you can see the underlying thoughts, i think its not good to be subjective,
you see, there are alot of sinful acts...doing it because others did it will not make it justifiable.

types of discrimination: (direct discrimination vs. subtle discrimination)
Discrimination involves treating an individual differently because of their possession of an attribute unrelated to the situation, in contrast to the treatment received by another individual in the same circumstances.
Subtle discrimination involves setting a condition or requirement which a smaller proportion of those with the attribute are able to comply with, without reasonable justification.
Examples of DISCRIMINATION:
Sexual discrimination can arise in different contexts. For instance an employee may be discriminated against by being asked discriminatory questions during a job interview, or because an employer did not hire, promote or wrongfully terminated an employee based on his or her gender, or employers pay unequally based on gender.
In an educational setting there could be claims that a student was excluded from an educational institution, program, opportunity, loan, student group, or scholarship due to his or her gender. In the housing setting there could be claims that a person was refused negotiations on seeking a house, contracting/leasing a house or getting a loan based on his or her gender. Another setting where there have been claims of gender discrimination is banking; for example if one is refused credit or is offered unequal loan terms based on one’s gender.
Another setting where there is usually gender discrimination is when one is refused to extend his or her credit, refused approval of credit/loan process, and if there is a burden of unequal loan terms based on one’s gender.
Socially, sexual differences have been used to justify different roles for men and women, in some cases giving rise to claims of primary and secondary roles.
While there are alleged non-physical differences between men and women, major reviews of the academic literature on gender difference find only a tiny minority of characteristics where there are consistent psychological differences between men and women, and these relate directly to experiences grounded in biological difference.
Unfair discrimination usually follows the gender stereotyping held by a society.

NEED I SAY MORE?
to answer your question...Discrimination comes in many forms, be it direct or subtle. Sometimes, when a person doesn't conform you, it may be another form of discrimination, depending on how it was delivered. Needless to say, one's act shouldn't be offensive to someone else. All of us want to be respected for who we are, right? Is it too much to ask for that seven-letter word?
