bitaw sad.naa naman sad template gna gamit karun sa pag mag email support?im not sure sa laing call centers though.training says u gotta be personal about the email one way or another,pro pagsud sa floor template na man na ang gamitun...

i'm kinda contented working in a callcenter... been on a graveyard shift for almost a year now.. yes! life is different coz your alive at night and sleeping in the morning but it's just a sort of adjustments and careful handling to such kind of job. Dili man lang sad callcenter agents ang nagwork og graveyard (*thinking*). Moreover, the environment, the people, the work and the management are definitely one of a kind on the company that i am currently working... So ,^^^^ UP to all callcenter agents!!!!!
