- that ranges from 300 sq.m to 500 sq.m na pde by month ang process sa pag bayad.
- 10k-20k per month ang budget.

gnahan k ikaw assume sa amo lot sa may greeenwoods talamban... 13k for 10 years... check ko muna yung contract pila na amo nabayd...
