that is always the ideal point, i am just being realistic.
if PJ really found a lega loophole on this deal then he should bring it to the proper venue that can really resolve HIS issue. nganong wala man? kay nagpalaban man sa iyang mga ka-inom sa kongreso, mao na'y klarong storya. in short, panglawgaw ra gyud. wa man gyud na'y na resolve ang congress ba, sa tinuoray lang.
unsaon pagka-resolve, puro gud politiko, puro na'ay interest, puro hangol...
as a supposedly topnotch lawyer, PJ knows that but this is the only arena he thinks he has a chance. by bringing the SRP-FLI deal to congress he is only making the project unstable and more vulnerable to bigger and more professional, greedy thieves.
but i guess nangibabaw gyud ang pagka-politiko ni PJ kaysa iyang pagka-abugado that means greed over ideals and greater good. this is one of those things when wisdom is clouded by greed.

Mao man ila gusto Bro. Dili man sila mo focus sa Province lang mo enter man gyud sila Cebu City nga development. Naa man unta uban Cities ang Province mao unta ilang hilabtan.
Gusto gyud tingali sa mga Garcia nga naa sad sila kaliwat sa Cebu City mo lingkod. Why not in Mandaue, Lapu2x, Danao, Toledo or Talisay man.... Why Cebu City man gyud? Tungod kay modawat lang clag limyo igo nalang cla mo tiwas ug develop sa SRP dayon....
mao man gyud na ilang ultimate objective ba, pa as-if lang na sila.
what i said or agreed upon is not even close to ideal...that's actually being realistic...don't get confused between being biased and being realistic. both are entirely different.
i think wala cla ga as-if wui...they are not denying there is political color involved. and it's even reported that Winston might run as mayor next elections.
besides, what's wrong with the Garcias running for mayor?...like some sort of creating a political dynasty perhaps? well, cla rba ang gahimo ani? how bout the Duranos? how bout the Martinezes?..it could be wrong for u perhaps coz of ur bias against the Garcias.
if we take history, once upon a time our governor was an Osmena at the same the Cebu City mayor was an Osmena too...and not only that, there were also Osmena lawmakers too. were u against that scenario too?
why not?

biased? because i cannot refute your so called evidences? as i've said this is not a court, biased propaganda may work but Istoryans are more intelligent than that they know that are rumors and what is the truth.
you may heard this a thousand times but in the Philippines, if you are in power you are the law. who would dare question those documents? si leo? si saavedra? dali ra kaayo na sila i-intimidate or worst iligpit. the problem sa philippines is people particularly the business sector, mohilom na lang basta di lang sila directly affected. mao bitaw ingon ana ng pilipinas kay ang common tao di mag unite unya mag hilom na lang.
i could have a 1M project cost spend 500K and give a documentation for 1M, all legal. kung mag base ta sa imong textbook law sir, tanan project sa gobyerno even national projects WALAY TIKAS kay LEGAL GUD, RIGHT?! So dili ma-queston sa DBM, COA, Sandiganbayan, ombudsman, etc. The government is one big syndicate involved in racketeering and the congress is one big country club and that is as realistic as it gets.
as the saying goes, "it's not what you know but what you can prove." fortunately this Istorya.Net and not a court of law. so what people know, in this venue HAS BEARING. get the point?
keep convincing yourself lagi...
