just wondering how to get one.. ehhehhe
btaw sol_itaire. what are the home based callcenters that u know? i'm kinda interested about it..
didn't had the chance to broadened further my skills as a recruitment officer (barely 6mos) since i ventured into another field of interest. however to assume responsibility as a recruitment officer is difficult and enormous for one to take, but i always believe that one has to develop and exercise accurate objectivity wen choosing applicants.
most of the time, what those documents tell us are not the whole picture of a person as a worker and this cud be vice versa as well. u know wat i meant probably, if u will meet those applicants who are "sweet talkers" or those who just know how to find ways to get into the recruiter's head to pass an interview!
hi, actually this thread fits me... my case is this... I am still on probationary, the contract stated that in order to become a regular employee one should pass the regularization exam or test... in my case i took it when i reach 6 months but failed, my probationary contract extended for 2 months, they gave me chance to take the exam... after 2 months i took the exam again (don't have the result yet), I am already 9 months here in the company...
- as i know dapat 6 months ma regular na ang empleyado, according sa Labor code.. (not sure really)
- but sa contract nga ako gi permahan, mo pasar una ka sa qualifying test para mo regular. sa ako nga case 9 months nako, probee gyapon
asa man mas bug-at nga ani nila duha? ang contract sa company or ang Labor code?
can anyone nga suheto sa mga balaod answer to these questions and explained? thank you very much
advises would be much appreciated
