    as for me it depends on what kind of costumer and besides i have all the right to select kinsa akoa costumer e cater or e deny it all depends on me

    IMHO, YES but this is just my take on the quote above and nothing to do with the persons concerned - palahi lang ko ug answer

    I worked for a company that deals with customers also and I've had a hard time accepting this at first probably if I didn't I won't have a job now hehe. I would say part of it is our culture and we have this "Mr. Macho Camacho" mentality that's making it for us difficult to digest. The reason I said YES is that these ABUSIVE customers are always there no matter what we do and they appear once in a while in a full moon it's not about disciplining the customer but how well you can can manage these freak of nature individuals and not let them control you and the one who does tends to be more successful in the business.

    In the end, if you don't take care of your customers/clients, it would be your loss. That said in strictly the business side point of view.
