    Para nako, dili inum ang solution. pangpalipas oras ra sa sakit ang inom kuyaw pajud madisgrasya labi na sa mga girls. inig mata nimo sakit pa imo ulo sakit pa imo dughan duble na ang effect.
    all out cry in one night will do para mo gawas imong gibati nga kaguol.. then smile inig ugma nya pagwapa or pagwapo og maayo para magmahay to imong x..
    Naa daghan ways, gym? enroll ka dance? work? go out with friends, karate (para imong kulatahanon.ahhahah)?.

    ..accept jud ang fact na wla na mu cz mauman jud na ang first process para maka move on, dayun find yourself dayun tas love urself mau jud na pnka importante, then busyha dayun imung sked, never jud mabakante ang time kay maka remember rka..do something na wla nimu nabuhat wyl uyab pa mu tas be with ur friends, laag-laag tas ma.shoch dayun ka nga pla na diay ka months ang nilabay since nagbuwag mu, nka get over na diay ka, hehehe...

    ACCEPT the fact nga wala nmo. Cry it out if u want to..
    DON'T SUPRESS your emotion sa kung unsa jud ang imo na feel.
    Tears brings healing deep within, but DONT LINGER on that emotion.
    STOP COMMUNICATING with him.
    STOP SEEING HIM. Coz it will just bring back the feelings & the memories which will just prolong the pain & it will take time for you to move on.
    More importantly, though its hard to do this , but if u want to be TOTALLY FREE & to completely move on dont bear any grudges with your Ex. FORGIVE & RELEASE him.
