hacking is not illegal.... you can hack your own programs/websites as well as your friends if they have their consent...
the illegal part is.. You hack a secured site without their consent... hacking is somewhat important in some events..
like cellphones for instants... mga na virusan nga phones... the only way to reboot it, is to hack into it...
