    mas maayo na less carbo ra gyud... drink alot of water before ka mag eat... but be sure na daghan pod og protein content.... midnight snack fruits lang...

    you dont have to deprive yourself man..
    hinay-hinaye lang gamay..
    bantayi imong gikaon..
    small frequent feedings lang para ka.apas imu lawas..
    pag.exercise pod..

    Eat 6 times a day with a smaller intake of food. Cardio and Weights will help reduce your weight. You can eat after 6pm.

    I lose 5kgs in 3 weeks with exercise without supplement. Started working out last February, weighing 120kgs and in 3 weeks time I lose 5kgs. I'm 85kgs now. Don't deprive yourself from food.

    hehehe... maka remember man pod ko ani sauna... amo ni ang akong diet, water diet (all liquid ra jd esp. ice tea ra jd ang akong imnon) and after six... kay what is daga pa... akong nakuha ULCER... hahhaa...

    anyway, i agree sa uban ning post diri dont skip meals kay kung mu skip ka ug meals mu samot ka ug kataba... use this pattern, effective daw kuno ni siya (some of my friends using this...) Breakfast - eat as a peasant, Lunch - eat as a king, Dinner - eat as a queen...

    Meaning - Breakfast = eat a heavy breakfast , Lunch = eat ug mga 2 - 3 na putahi... , Dinner = eat ra ka ug gamay kay mao man na ka grabe mu lihok daw ang atong metabolism... (korek me if im wrong)... I've tried this effective man pod... and of course exercise pod...
