i used to work there as GT, we're the first batch.. i'm one of the top performers there. left the company for salary reason. they let you sign a contract that says you are getting 12k or more but in every pay day you'll only be getting 4k or less. food is free but no health insurance. if u decide to resign they'll give u a hard time getting your last pay. if ur not performing well they'll terminate u without days notice. goodluck.

Yes, walang pay ang training pero free meal.. But if you passed the evaluation, you'll get 4000. That is if you passed the first and 2nd evaluation. If you passed the 3rd evaluation, you'll only get 1500.
It's kinda unfair.. Kasi you're doing real job. It's not just training.. Real JOB. Then if you will not pass the evaluation, you will receive nothing.. So if you didn't pass, you reported 9 days and doing a real job without getting anything.. And the schedules, mostly night shift. Risky na ang sked, you don't get paid pa. I stopped the training.. It's not worth it.. Then ang starting, 9k -15k kuno.. Pero it is still performance based..
What's nice about being a general transcriptionist, wala kaau pressure. Way TL na mangasaba nimo.. hahahaha..

who wow!. reading all your posts guys, it is totally an eye opener, thanx a lot!. dili nalang ko mutunga ig exam nako ig saturday.. hehe!. mag manitinil ra man diay ug 6k, mag call center nalang ko balik wui.. saonz?. hehe!.
