    like how many hours do you stay in the gym? one hour is more than enough... an hour and thirty should suffice... more than that and your cortisol (stress hormone) shoots up and all your workout goes down the drain...

    1hr. & 30min. raman ko gym pero mura man kuwangon usahay kay lami pa man cge ug arsa basta maka suplement ko.

    yup that's understandable bro... ako weights is within that time frame, more than that, abs og cardio nalang... if need be jud, i do double split but work the same muscle group. meaning, kung mag legs ko then abot nakos time pero wa pa na kumpleto, balik ko eg ka gabi-e. i usually workout in the morning... just look at the pro's, kaning mga tawhana ga juice pa gani na sila, which means maka recover na silag dali the next day, but still they workout within an hour or less following the same principle.

    depende lang na siguro sa tawo kay ako dili man ko pro light man lang pod ako aswaton lamian ko mo extend ug time gaan lang but add more reps as possible hangtod mo failure.

    @ahhh-nhuuwd ok rana oip.. lahi lahi jud nang taw ug diskarte.. ehhehe.. yaw ka hurt.. ako gani 3hours ko ga gym.. ok raman.. rest ko ug 1minute per reps then next muscle group mga 2minutes.. ambot nganung ma abot 3hours.. pero ako timingon nga mag santino den mag gym para lingaw.. hahaha..

    unsa namay resulta sa imong tulo ka oras tambay sa gym? dapat naa nakay six-pack run syaro!

    now, i don't have six pack yet pero you can join me in my gym.. just PM me for details and make sure you'd come.. lets compare notes unsay pump ana imong 3 hours og akong 1 hour.

    obviously, you guys have plenty of time lingering around the gym.
