there is no "flaw" and trying to site one is as good as trying to disprove Him.

We can prove God's existence by using logic while not appealing to the authority and that's what probably the thread setter was asking for. I am not discrediting the authority of God's message in the bible because Im also believer of the bible. For me if you see to prove then you make an argument that include valid demonstration and inference. In this case faith is another issue. Here's my idea in which I believe it includes a logical reasoning from the aspects that we will see (material) to the abstract ideas that we cannot see (Spiritual).

What we observe in this universe is contingent (i.e. dependent, or conditional)A sequence of causally related contingent things cannot be infinite. The sequence of causally dependent contingent things must be finite

Every existing thing has an explanation of its existence, either in the necessity of its own nature or in an external cause. If the universe has an explanation of its existence, that explanation is God. The universe is an existing thing. Therefore the explanation of the universe is God.

Whatever begins to exist has a cause. The universe began to exist. Therefore, the universe has a cause. and the Uncaused cause is God.

When it comes to theist logic, I like to play a little game called, fictional substitution. If I can use your argument to prove that a certain fictional character exists, then that argument is flawed.

If you viewed God the same with the arguments that I presented but you replaced it only as Agta then you simply agree to my definition as correct. However you replaced God as agta. Then there is no inconsistency here we both agree with the same idea.. Then it shows that God and agta for you is one. therefore you're no an athiest..
