They can trace us through our IP address designated by our ISP but they have to hold first the neck of the ISP's here in the country before they can implement such advance tracing.

But the big question is, do they have the technology?

Like US and Canada gi limit na ang ilang bandwidth then the extra bandwidth will be another bill.

Kung mapareha ang Pilipinas nila well it will be a pain in the a** to those heavy downloaders.
