I think this is just another source of corruption. The election is fast coming and these potiliticians needs funding. The question was HOW? The answer is thru this kind of law. They propose, suggest what technology to use and wollah!!!! Another Juan Dela Cruz's money right in to their pockets.

LOL, I heard of this Tracing of IP's...sa US they are still tryng to get this issue mandated, ang ingon nila di nila i block and internet nimo bisag mo DL ka ug movies, MP3 etc, pero by the end of the month, naa ka "Bill" sa mga gi-DL nimo..i doubt kung kaya na diri sa pinas, wala pa man gane ma -implement sa uban nasod, kita pa kaha...unahon sa nila ng nasa sa kilid2 na pirated medias...
