mao nga naa mi program nga gi sunod. heheheheeheh

wala pud ko kibalo unsa nga "judo" gi tudlo sa abellana

pero og gusto jud cla more on grappling, i would recommend sa GARCIE BARRA kay the best in cebu!

VPF is a breakaway team from NewBreed BJJ. It is headed by Ralph Go, a brown belt and Ali Sulit, a Purple Belt. It is based in Manila

Yes, he used to be with Newbreed. His name's ND Fernandez. He hangs out with them Pons and Carlo and the rest of the gang. He rarely trains now as work has proved to be very demanding. You have a BJJ school here? Where at?

Yes, that's him. He's a blue belt now in jujitsu and a black belt in karate. Small community you boys have. Pons is good, I hear. Carlo's competing right abroad right now too. You're in CitiGym right?

Naa diay sports Judo ang USC? Nangutana ko sa PAJA sa Sports medicine Building, Manila, ila ingon ang kana ra daw sa Abellana Sports Center ang accredited and authorized to teach Judo dri Cebu. Ang kana ra daw sa Abellana nga Judo ang ilado sa Manila labi na inug national tournament kay permi lang sila naa medalya.

Basin combat Judo na ang sa USC? please clarify
