Like I said from my previous post, they are limiting the bandwidth for our tools. Let's say most of our bandwidth right now is consumed only by our tools mao na hinay. So guys which would you prefer now:

Slow tools, slow access to hotel's/client's servers or system, more customer complaints less time to relax, possibility is more clients will let go of calltek because of our service. That means we will lose our jobs.

or

We sacrifice because of slow internet connection but faster tools,more resolve cases, possible kudos (that means more money to spend for red horse ) More clients, more money means big possibility of promotion.

In my opinion, TS really depends on the agent. We could even do blind TS if needed. Our tools are just, as the name suggests, tools. But our tools is still slow when the connection we use for browsing is slow, so I dont think that our bandwidth right now is consumed only by our tools.

Nevertheless, I dont have any grudge to our IT guys, if they blocked some sites. Im an IT guy too, so i understand the concept of networking and what makes the internet connection slow or fast.

I think that the slowness of the internet connection is not the reason why our IT guys blocked certain websites. I dont know why, but i just have a gutt feeling that its not the slowness. Atleast thats what i think... hahahah.. Still, kudos to our IT guys for keeping our system running!

Yep because we used have 3 connections in one system:
PLDT
BAYANTEL
GLOBE


But now nadungagan ta ug account then mo balhin pa gyud ta sa bag-ong building. They need to set it up for the new account so they took out GLOBE or BAYANTEL...

Hmm... well you have a point. I am experiencing that as well and at first dili gyud ko mo tuo nga its for the tools mao na gi limit ang bandwidth. Maybe its because some of us keeps uploading pictures to friendster, myspace or facebook, I do music streaming in Imeem. Magsabay ang tanan, labaw pa sa nagdial up ang kahinay sa connection. Maybe that is their point pud ngano giblock nila ang mga social sites.

Some of us here also plays online games (I know who those people are dili lang ko mo mention ug name ) and it consumes the bandwidth that's why they are limiting it. Unya murag daghan2x gyud ang mga PC diri...
