i dunno, i have both 3850 and a 3870 and both look the same, the 3870 consumes 10W more than the 3850 and well both are running on generic PSU 500W and always on downloading and gaming.

generic PSUs can run such cards, ako lagi wla restart2x and unsa. lol

bro try updating your graphics drivers or patching the game, wanted weapons of fate crashes on me but its because of the game not my video card

^ box2joe's 3850 killed 2 PSU's already (nahalin na). A colleague from work is victim of a 3870. A highschool buddy who's in manila right now is a victim of another 3850. All of the victims are generic PSU's.

you may be a proud owner of a generic PSU user now but what if...you'll be part of the statistics i've been collecting regarding the 38xx series. if you can afford a 3850 and a 22-inch monitor, might as well buy a reliable PSU. if silverstone is too much for you, get an HEC -- word of advice lang.

generic psu = unstable power output as temp increases or less ang power output, magka ubos ang power output niya ang iya load is constant dili na maayo na...... naka suway nako ana gyud sauna 3 ka generic psu na ismokoy gyud....

if ako mopili gane mas mo stay pa ko sa 300w to 450w na maayong klase sa psu with your current set up.....
