Why is Mandaue not a lone congressional district?

Ang Lapu-Lapu 2007 na himong highly urbanized city. Pag 2008 nag file si nerissa ug bill making Lapu-Lapu a lone Congressional District.

Ang Mandaue City diin nataw ug nag puyo si nerissa, 1991 pa na himong highly urbanized city. Hangtod karon,18 years, wala gyud bill na file si nerissa making Mandaue into a lone Congressional District para sa iyang "pinangang" Mandaue Karon mo lansar siya ug mayor sa iyang "pinangang" Mandaue

New info coming in from our friends in Lapu-Lapu says that it was fromer Congressman Efren Herrrera who filed a bill for the lone congressional seat of Mandaue City and nerissa let it die during her watch.

It pains me, as a Mandauehanon, that our representation failed to give her beloved Mandaue its due .

It's pretty obvious where Nerry's heart is.. it's totally gone , replaced by $$$$$ aw pesos di-ay. I really don't know if Nerry would change her mind and work on a bill that would make mandaue a lone district pero too late na man tingali ni. basin diha siyay fear nga di siya maka daog sa election) better man ang chances niya if 3 ka city iya kuptan and probably more money for her.
