i just want to share my experience with ati's GREAT! costumer support.
this is not the actually the exact words we(me and the CS) said but the idea or sarcasm and ignorance is the same.

me: im calling ati costumer support is this it?
CS: hello?
me: is this ati costumer support?
CS: yes.. hello?
me: i have problem with my vcard
CS: ......
me: i got problem with my vcard it keeps on crashing.
CS: what happened?
me: my vcard keeps on crashing and now i got bsod!
CS: what did you do?
me: i was playing games.
CS: what happened?
me: it gives vpu a lot and now i got blue screen of death!
CS: was there change in your system?
me: no its the same system the same game and same errors
CS: what driver you have?
me: the one from the cs with the vcard's package
CS: you upgrade to the latest driver?
me: yes i did but it gives weird output so i rolledback to the driver on the cd
CS: you mean from the cd
me: yes from the cd on the box of the vcard
CS: so you don't have the latest driver?
me: i tried updating the driver from the site but it is crash more so i rolledback to the driver in the cd. but my ccc is the latest.
CS: what version?
me: 9.2
CS: you did not upgrade to 9.3?
me: i did not know, so there is 9.3 now?
CS: yes
me: so i should upgrade the ccc to 9.3 and it won't crash?
CS: i don't know...
me: but what should i do to stop my vcard from crashing?
CS: update the 9.3
me: are you sure it wont crash after i upgrade?
CS: im not sure
me: is this costumer support?
CS: yes
me: why are you not sure?
CS: im not sure
