i participated the Earth Hour last saturday. but could you confirm if i understood it right? i've read an article in the earth hour official website that you could vote for saving earth by shutting off your lights or you could vote for global warming by not shutting off your lights last march 28, 2008 from 8:30 to 9:30 PM. it as simple as that. there were no other conditions, were there other conditions that i missed out?. and i believe, other parts of the world are doing it too. and I presume they would do some statistical analysis of how many people around the world participated in this event . would it be outside the objective of Earth hour if magdagkot ug kandila or lamparilya? thus, the expel of CO2 that moment needs to be considered pud? i know that CO2 has something to do with global warming but was the intention of Earth hour defeated when you lighted a candle or lamparilya that moment? i'm confused. kindly enlighten me.
