boss neo, last Nov. 1, 2008 nag nipalit ko ug NINTENDO DS sa inyo store.. then ang original charger dili mo charge kay 110 Volts daw so gi ilisan ko ug Class A na charger.. and it turn out well

considering nga Class A ang charger, dako au posibility nga maguba.. its been 4 months na and ni pakita na ug sign ang charger na defective.. ang problem, dili kaau mo tarong ug charge.. kay nagcharge ko for more than 5 hours wala ghpon ni off ang orange light (which indicates na full charge na)..

the usual charging time should be a maximum of 3 hours..

unsa dapat ako buhaton ani boss?? i have the receipt and kaila pud imo mga saleslady sa ako..
