The coolest pilots I know are those who are comfortable and secure with the fact that they know how to fly, and that the uniform does nothing to add or subtract from the fact that they are pilots. Airline and other high-time pilots can't wait to take off their uniforms and change into civvies before leaving the office.

It never fails. Those who strut around malls in pilot uniforms, in effect announcing to everyone "HEY! LOOK AT ME, I'M A PILOT!" are bound to be students or low-timers. Are they cool? Nah. Cool-lang sa pansin tingali.
