naghatag naba ug room temperature? kay actually ang problema ra sa system is quite low ang speed sa fan, which is 600+. nevertheless, IMO, ure temp are ok. plus of course, ure 12V is an undervolt...

Check the bios, i believe theres a fan speed there that can be low, high and auto. im not sure, havent check my bios for a while since my last update on it.

Suggestioin lang ha......pero why don't you open the side panel of your case and then point the electric fan there as a stop gap measure.
