PGMA was able to prove her worth. Had she not been our president, the economy would not have recovered two years ago. Had it been FPJ, and if he were still alive, I don't know how he would have run the country especially now that there is this global crisis. Probably his battery of advisers would be the ones running the government, whereas the masses still cling to him just because of his image.

PGMA is unpopular and so are her policies. But she does not mind that. Instead she continues to provide the needs of the people even if her decisions are challenged by her critics. We need that kind of leader instead of one who has charisma but is unable to really resolve the concerns of our country. She will leave the presidency but she will leave it knowing that she did her best to provide for the people, especially the poor.

would have and would have not are too difficult to prove. The best person that can judge if there needs are given are the ones who needed it most.

If she have proven her worth with passing grades or not... i would still say 10 yrs is enough. She must step down.

i can list some items that might say that she has not proven her worth and you can also list items that would tell that she hasn't, so medyo mag taas2x jud ang istorya, pero ang ako-a ra kay 10 yrs na siya ga serve, i think that would be enough. Successful man siya o dili.
