for sure, with experience is a must... why work abroad, while you can work here just like your in abroad. jst like working in a call center company perhaps?

try mo apply sa MAGSAYSAY sa ramos.but you have to have at least 1 yr experience on one the famous hotels here in cebu or take up the training in manila.

I have friends working in shangrila-mactan, they too wanted to work sa cruise ship. they said, Shang is open for OJT, any age will do, maski training from TESDA makasulod ka but you have to have contact sa sulod na mag endorse nimo. training is 1000 hrs, no allowance but free food.

nindut bitaw ni. ako agent resign kay work siya sa cruise. 60k ang sweldo nya naa pa jud tips. maabut daw mga 80K++ ang total.

for me i prefer bahala d kaau dako income basta together mas happy!
