Happy ko if ePer is doing well now.
Honestly, wala ko vested interests. Dili ko recruiter (nga nag apas sa quota) or agent nga hangul sa referral (@rdteves).
Nag explain lang gyud ko sa akong side, kay ePer was my very first job, nya dako kaayo akong disappointments. I spent (wasted) one year of my life there. Nag rest lang gyud ko to have my beautiful baby.
Maka notice ka nga karon ra ko ka reply. All I can say is nabusy ko kay nalingaw nako sa ako new job diri sa ICT (telephone account - super easy). Our basic is definately better than the 12++ I was getting at ePer. Also, although dili ing-ana ka dako among sleeping lounge, at least decent beds diri.
And most of all...claro ilang policies and systematic ang HR.
If nag-improve na ang ePer, well and good (dapat lang, kay daghan 2x nasad nanghawa oi)...pero sa mga applicants dili ganahan mo risk og project based contract (nah, wala na unya mo separation pay if ma-wagtang na si WaMu) and (basin lang) walay klaro gihapon ang mga HR...try other call centers (like ICT).
