for me, the store management should be sued as well(pwede ba?) for not doing anything on the course of the argument...SOP gud na sa store, then abi celebrity kunohay xa (i dont know him) dili nalang xa pwede pangutan-on about ana?
if sakto ug utok ang manager, he wouldnt let that happen to his staff...maskin gani if deemed sayop iya staff, kneeling shoudnt be an option...a simple apology will do...
one arrogant customer, and one stupid manager....

man, that cashier needs to grow some balls and harden the fark up!!...thats just weak as and to a princess as well?
