Reality check: He ADMITTED to kidnapping! I guess that settles doubt about his guilt. You might want to add his previous offenses: he mauled a security guard, he figured in a hit and run accident and attempted to finish off his child victim by running over him again (to cut hospital costs). Some say he used to be a PBA player? true?
