IMO, Alexis got voted off to prove to the American people that AI is not fixed, and that any contestant, no matter how good, can be voted off if the people calls for it.

he's not that great of a singer, but people love his family guy type of persona.

i was surprised. alexis got booted off and the judges did not save her.
she has a great voice but have chosen the wrong song. its too erli na sya ang nawala.

So true, if the Final4 wasn't leaked the judges might have saved her. Don't you think that it's kinda suspicious that they "unanimously" decided not to save her? They were all praises to her during her previous performances and all of a sudden they just dropped her off. I think they decided to change their list because it was leaked.
I truly believe that they chose not to save her to counteract "the leak". I still love American Idol though.
