That's why I said you have to experience the benefits of meditation to know the effects. I cannot experience it for you. It is just like asking what are the benefits of eating ice cream? and if i say it is sweet and delightful and you have never tasted it then it will be useless for you.![]()
yes only the person will know the effects on practicing meditation and yoga.... like yoga some says they feel light and some says nothing really happened, etc. and etc... so its the same in practicing meditation, there were many ways in meditation and each of us have perfect/suitable way on meditating... one way to find out is to find a guru...![]()
