    Question treatment sa dugay katulog..


    ask lng ko sa inyo fellow istoryans...unsa treatment ani...kai usahay mga 2 am nag gyud ko katulog...salamat

    up ko ani kay mao sad ni ako probs...mga 10 - 11 ko mohigda but dugay au ko makatulog,pila nalang ka posisyon akong nabuhat dugay gyod au maabtan nalang ko og 2am sad...

    guro tungod sad ni sa mga problema or daghan nga gihuna-huna.kay ako nabantayan nga if naa koy huna-hunaon og au then mawala akong duka og maabtik au ako mind then mahasol na nuon ko ky lisod na au itulog...

    help us guys...

    mura kulang mo sa exercise og proper diet...
    ingon ana ko sauna den nag exercise ko kamay na ok man...mka tulog nako daun...

    btaw tinuod jd.. exercise will help you.. ako before kay tag 4 hrs. ra jd akong tulog kay mo sleep ko kasagaran 10am dn mata nako 2pm.. dli nako makabalik og tulog...
    mao to exercise ginagmay.. dn take pd vitamins... for me makaduka ang vit... pero lain2x mn sd reaction gd. pero try lng.. or drink milk before ka mohigda.

    exercise is the best.. it will help you a lot!.. kron himbing nah au aq tulog unlyk b4 pud nga dugay kaau q mkatulog..

    btaw pray sd mo b4 moSlep bcn mao ra na nyong kulang mao dli mo katulog
