    wla sa nag-apil-apil ko sa kani nga issue ba,
    concern lang sad ko kay usa man sad ko ka customer/consumer/buyer/unsapana.
    para sad ma aware ang mga tao kung unsay mahitabo kung magpaCISS sa printer ug magpa-ayo sa dili professional (mas ok jud kung professional).


    mas nindot jud lagi kung moreply si chipmunk diri para maclarify ni nga issue

    First and foremost, I just know now about this thread. I was very busy with my works. A friend of mine informed me about this.


    I already explained to DarkRaven about what happened. And we already communicated about this before. And I understand deeply why he posted this issue.

    All of our customers received soft copy/hard copy of our EXCLUSIVE TIPS, EXCLUSIVE GUIDES, DISCLAIMER,/STATEMENT OF NON-RESPONSIBILITY. Its up to them if they shall give time to read.

    As for the Statement of Non-Responsibility:

    1. The CISS is designed for the improvement on the cartridge’ ink supply. Its use will not damage the structure of the printer and when it is removed the printer is restored to the original state. Although very few printers need simple modification. It is done with consent of the customer. We are not responsible for your printer’s warranty. This product also provides no warranty for nozzle aging or fault caused by mechanical or circuit failures. In such cases, remove our CIS from the printer and contact your local printer dealer for maintenance. This commits to any printer.

    2. The ink for use with the system is 100% compatible with original ink. But its gentle in prosperities, flamboyant in color, perfect and satiation, never jam the nozzle and comparable to the original ink cartridge. Never use ink that is not intended with our CIS. This might damage your printer head and may void your CIS warranty.

    3. Inknovation will bear no responsibility for any damage of ink cartridges or pipelines and other accessories due to improper use or external use.

    4. Inknovation reserves the right for the interpretation of all
    clauses.


    All appliances have its serviceable life, especially the printer that is constantly subjected to printhead cleaning and mechanical movements. The manufacturer phased out models from further production to let you buy a new printer after certain period even your printer has not yet reached the end of its serviceable life.
    But the cost of printer is very affordable that one should think that the price one spent for it has already served one’s purposes for duration of time from faithful services to us.
    Troubles arising from usage of appliances, so with the printer is just common and unavoidable, like paper feeding malfunction, wear and tear cause by massive usage, print head clogging due to dirt goes into the ink tank or ink residues, using inferior or wrong kinds of ink other than the high quality Inknovation inks, print heads reaching its serviceable life thus printing white lines and not
    as sharp as a new printer would, lack of regular maintenance, etc.
    Printer itself may have its own manufacturing defects; some defects may happen to take early and some later.
    After installation of Inknovation Continuous Ink System to your printer, please do not expect that the above mention printer’s troubles will never happen to your printer but all troubles are due to the installation of the CISS System.
    PLEASE determine if the trouble is caused by CISS or due to regular wear and tear of your printer, and seek the help from its proper venue for service.

    I purchase CISS for my Epson CX3700 printer from Inknovation c/o Chipmunk888.
    It was last july or august of last year. all went well until last month.
    i tried to print a picture but something was not right.
    i found out that the cyan color was not printing at all. all other color (black, magenta, yellow) prints without a problem.

    i contacted the seller informing him about the problem. He sends me instructions how to fix the problem pero la ghapon ni print ang cyan. ok ra ghapon ang uban colors.
    i told him nga akong ipatan-aw niya akong printer since siya man personally ang nag taod sa CISS.

    I brought my printer to his internet cafe sa guadalupe last feb21.
    almost everyday, i texted him asking him for the status of my printer. pero d siya ka hatag og status, cge lang ingon nga iya pa tan awon...

    until last saturday, feb28. he txted me na d nadaw mo print ang uban colors which was perfectly ok before nako gipatan aw niya. he said that if mocloged na ang usa ka color sa printer head, it will take up gradually all d color lanes daw as time passes...
    Please, I never failed to inform you about the status of your printer. Its just, most of the time, I responded late due to for your information, plus we have different networks(mine is smart and yours is sun) so delay of communication is unavoidable. I have my other works to do, and I only do the technical support in my spare time, and that is in the late evening till dawn, and almost got no sleep.

    of cors as the onwer, na shock ko... ok ra unta to ang uban colors, kay magamit pa ang printer. especially ang black for text print lang, ang the two color (magenta and yellow) para at least for pictures for assignment sa akong mga manghud nga dili au particular sa colors... la man koy alamag nga manakod diay nang cloged printer head sa uban colors, la ko mabuhat if mao nah iyang explination... i tried to search sa net for causes and remidy for cloged heads... i was thinking nga ako nalang ang mo tan-aw basin maulian pa ang printer kay i know if ipaayo to nako sa authorized service center, mas maayo pa mopalit og new printer.... so i texted him nalang na ako nalang kuhaon ang printer....

    i went to his internet cafe sa guadalupe again to get my printer... i was surprise nasad kay gipangayoan ko og Php150 for service fee daw sa nagbantay sa internet cafe... i admit na emotion is already building inside me, but i tried to control myself... i texted him about this telling him na angay bako mobayad nga la man naayo ako printer, ni samot man nuon ang problem... he reminded me with his reply about the Php150 service fee waived from Php300 if mafix ang unit... so, ok nalang sad ko, ni bayad nalang sad ko og Php150 sa nag bantay sa internet cafe....
    Since you have been informed about our charges if the purchased product is beyond our full service warranty span of time before you delivered your CISS and printer to us. I assumed that you understood it already right before you let your CISS along with the printer be serviced to us.

    so ako giuli ang printer sa amoa para ako suwayan ang na search nako sa net on how to remidy a cloged head... the problem became from worse to worst... D NA MO-ON ang printer.... whaaaa... may nalang unta to kay maggamit pa ang scanner at least coz 3-in-1 man to akong printer... i texted him again asking him if he fully tested the unit before niya gi uli.... i ask him sad ngano dili na mo on ang printer... he told me nga ang headchipset daw ang guba then natakdan nasad daw ang uban electronics inside the printer thats why dili na mo-on.... my question is, if the unit was test saturday night then ni on pa, then y dili naman mo-on sunday afternoon?? for just least than 24hours?? he told me na dili nila i open ang chassis sa printer nga dili ilaha unlike sa service center nga i-open jud nila ang chassis. gi unsa diay nila pagtan aw sa ako printer? giunsa sad nila pagkabaw nga guba bajud ang printer head/head chipset? hahay, more questions...

    we exchanged text messages for a while... i think la nakoy mabuhat about it thats why ako lang gishare nganhi sa istorya... my printer problem became worst. if ako ni ipaayo sa service center, i taught dako2 jud akong mabayran... so i opt to buy a new printer nalang kay kailangan nga naay printer sa amo balay....
    As I have told you, its electronics. There is the risk of it. Thus, “Printer itself may have its own manufacturing defects; some defects may happen to take early and some later”. Your printer has been fully tested and turning on before we handed it back to you.

    Be reminded that our main concern is our CISS product, the only thing we apply to the printer is unclogging the residue that stocked-up inside the head's ink course/tunnel/lane, cavity, and nozzles. This process surely takes lots of time, electricity, and patience due microscopic holes, sensitive chipsets, and mechanical are being dealt. But in your case, it didn't help out. We don't need to open the chassis of our customer's printer due to, as stated, its not our main concern and due to its not our product, and the problem can be detected right away through the problem's characteristics and the experienced we have in repairing our CISS products and dealing with different printers. So I consulted InkNovation Inc. for my last resort, hoping for other remedy and telling them the details, characteristics, and status of the problem, and they found out that its the head already of the printer as they already experienced that many times to their clients as well. Specially Epson printer head(peizo electric head/ frequency bursting) is a cold process and the design is clog prone even if used with genuine inks like what experienced by a friend of mine, unlike the other brands in which their heads heat up to burst ink and different design engineering inside the head cavity. Although Epson has superior head(in terms of technology and printing quality) compared to other brands, they also have disadvantages. Your CISS also is severely affected by the problem in your printer's head that is why the “cyan” cartridge leaked out and imbalanced pressure, thus it didn't give off ink and stocked-up. It added up the longevity of the repair process I did due to its not easy and very time consuming. We also found out that the printer was very dirty underneath its cartridges tray. The pinch/rubber rollers, foams, and even the metallic base inside. Somewhat like spilled with ink and cluttered with dusts. Although we cleaned them but its late. This will lead also to damaged the printer's head as these will block the the microscopic nozzles inside.

    To Chipmunk888:
    i understand that this is your business, and all business owners don't want to have a bad reputation to their customers... this is just a negative review for your service to me as one of your customers... I'm just 1 unsatisfied customer...

    CISS business of Chipmunk888 is not the one questioned here... it's the service sa pag-ayo sa ako printer.. His CISS works fine until nagkaproblema akong printer... nakasave jud ko sa ink for that span of time...
    I understand also your sentiments as to what happened to your printer but already did and explained everything, and for the second time, Inknovation Cebu asks sincere apology for it. Honestly, I felt sad about it as well but we did all the best we can. But please, don't mind set or think that we damaged your printer, with all respect and bringing the name of InkNovation Inc., we don't like that and we don't and never do that. Even though our shop is not that big and popular, we practice taking care our customers' appliances seriously.

    Bai,maybe kato wala pag agi sa cyan na ink kay symptom na to sa guba na head sa imong printer. Ug na timingan lang jud na naguba ang head imong printer didto sa ilaha. Dugay-dugay man kaha na sila ang nagkupot sa imong printer then electronic ra na anytime madaot jud na labi na kung taudtaud na imong printer ug cge gigamit ninyu.


    Ug kato na 150 na gibayad nimo nila worth ra tingali sad to kay murag dili baya lalim mag-ayo ug CISS.Then effort kaayo na og kalas pod kaayo ug kuryente na gi gahin nila para ana imong printer.Nakakita jud ko unsaon pag-ayo sa CISS kay nakatry naman mi ug pagpaayo sa SEPONGS,lisod jud but malas lang kay gibali amo tray sa printer.Mas mahal man gani ug pangayo ang Sepongs mga 200plus bisan wala pa naayo ang CISS ug nakabali pa jud sa printer. Wala ko magdapig ni chipkunk ha, ne istorya lang ko sa ako parte og nahitabu sa ako.
