
anyone tried sports enhancement training![]()

I lift weights and do cardio, pero Hatha Yoga is the ultimate exercise for me.
It has endurance, stamina and flexibility all bundled in one.
even if i love running and biking. SWIMMING ang da best. beside sa pawala og stress less stressful sa mga joints....

tried boxing last monday... 1st session palang gani di na ko kabangon the next day kay grabe jud kau ang pamaol... try boxing mga bro and sis... di diay jud sayon... mits lang gani, grabeh na kau ka kapoy...

jogging...dancing
sweating,,,,sa gym...
