i just both a 2nd hand cpu only. coz i already have a monitor and all, however after i both the cpu the dealer quick format the hard driv. shud dis b stoping my computer to display coz ther is no OS?
or is something wrong with the video card?(its not beeping). its just that my monitor doesnt display.
my monitor is working fine.

correct! in short install a fresh OS.

i have experienced this kind of problem before...

try removing your memory(RAM) and put it back again(make sure it is properly connected).
and other of your cards...
check everything... the wires, devices, etc...

Actually NAA, naka experience ko ana when using different brands sa videocard, incompatible issue jud.

You have problems either sa mobo slot AGP/PCIEX or the VIDEOCARD.

Check also your RAM and your PSU possible naa ang cause diha. I experienced that before anang no display issue grabee kapoy kaayo na nga issue.
