The Church's funds are used for charitable purposes and are freely given. Taxes are MANDATORY and are used to line corrupt politicians' pockets. The Constitution is right to not allow taxation of the Church.

Nothing on this earth is above corruption. But the Church is not anywhere as corrupt as our government. If there is corruption, taxing the Church will not solve it. Frying pan into fire.
